By accessing or using ScoutIQ at scoutiqbaseball.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use ScoutIQ. These terms apply to all users — free and paid.
ScoutIQ is an AI-powered baseball intelligence platform that helps coaches generate opponent scouting reports, track player tendencies, analyze game statistics, and build practice plans. The service uses artificial intelligence to analyze data you provide and generate coaching insights.
To use most features of ScoutIQ, you need to create an account. You agree to:

ScoutIQ offers free and paid subscription plans:
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to paid features until then. We do not offer refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at coach@scoutiqbaseball.com.
You agree to use ScoutIQ only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
ScoutIQ uses artificial intelligence to generate scouting reports and coaching insights. You acknowledge that:
You retain ownership of all scouting notes, stats, and data you upload to ScoutIQ. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process that content using AI to generate your reports. We do not use your coaching data to train AI models or share it with other users.
ScoutIQ, its logo, design, and software are owned by ScoutIQ and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without written permission. The AI-generated scouting reports you create are yours to use for your own coaching purposes.
ScoutIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated insights will be accurate for your specific situation. Use of ScoutIQ and reliance on its outputs is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoutIQ and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to coaching decisions, game outcomes, or lost opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold ScoutIQ harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay for a paid subscription, or engage in behavior that harms other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use ScoutIQ ends immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the site. Your continued use of ScoutIQ after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ScoutIQ shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.
